Evaporative Condenser – Counter Flow

Short Description:

EVAPORATIVE CONDENSER

Advanced Ammonia Refrigeration Condensation Technology helps save Energy and Water consumption by more than 30%. Evaporative Cooling means that LOWER CONDENSATION TEMPERATURES can be obtained. The Sensible and Latent Heat from the refrigerant is extracted by the Spray Water and the Induced Air over the coil.

SPL PRODUCT DETAILS

Material of Construction: Panels and Coil available in Galvanized, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L.
Removable Panels (optional): To easily access the Coil and Internal components for cleaning.
Circulating Pump: Siemens /WEG Motor, Steady running, low noise, Large Capacity but low power.

Principle of Operation: The refrigerant is circulated through the coil of the evaporative condenser. Heat from the refrigerant is dissipated through the coil tubes.

Simultaneously, air is drawn in through the air inlet louvers at the base of the condenser and travels upward over the coil in the opposite direction of the spray water flow.

The warm moist air is drawn upwards by the fan and is discharged to the atmosphere.

The non-evaporated water falls to the sump at the bottom of the condenser where it is recirculated by the pump up through the water distribution system and back down over the coils.

A small portion of the water is evaporated which removes the heat.
